How do I sell my crypto?

Go to Markets or tap Sell on Home, choose the coin and amount, check the naira you will receive and confirm with your PIN. The naira lands in your wallet instantly.

How do I receive crypto?

Tap Receive on Home, choose the coin and network, then send to the address shown. Always use the same network shown on the screen.

How do I withdraw to my bank?

Tap Withdraw, add your bank account (we check the account name with your bank) and confirm with your PIN.

What if a payment fails?

Failed bill payments and withdrawals are refunded to your wallet automatically. If anything looks wrong, contact us with the reference from your receipt.

Is my money safe?

Every payment needs your transaction PIN, which is checked on our servers. Five wrong PINs lock payments for 15 minutes.

Which coins can I trade?

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), XRP, Litecoin (LTC) and TRON (TRX).

What does it cost?

EaseBill adds a small fee to each crypto trade. The app always shows the fee and the exact naira amount before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

I forgot my password

On the app’s login screen, type your email and tap “Forgot password?”. We’ll email you a link to choose a new one.
